In section 384(7) (power of FCA or PRA to require restitution)^f1—

(a)

omit “and” after paragraph (a);

(b)

after paragraph (b) insert—

“; and

(c)
a requirement imposed by the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Regulations 2013.”.
