# The Alternative Investment Fund Managers Regulations 2013, Paragraph 13: Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Consultation with Competent Authorities) Regulations 2001


(1) In regulation 5(3) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Consultation with Competent Authorities) Regulations 2001, for sub-paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b) that UK authorised person has a Part 4A permission to carry on the regulated activity of managing a UCITS”.
