Paragraph 2 Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975

The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975^f1 is amended as follows.

In article 2(1), in the definition of “relevant collective investment scheme” omit “, 270 (schemes authorised in designated countries or territories)”.

(3)

In article 4(1)(d)(ix)—

(a)

omit the words from the beginning to “that section or”; and

(b)

for “that Act” substitute “the 2000 Act”.
