  "heading": "Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) Order 2001",
  "text": "(1) The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) Order 2001 is amended as follows.\n(2) For article 5(1)(g) (persons exempt in respect of particular regulated activities) substitute—\n“(ga) article 51ZA (managing a UCITS);\n(gb) article 51ZB (acting as a trustee or depositary of a UCITS);\n(gc) article 51ZC (managing an AIF);\n(gd) article 51ZD (acting as a trustee or depositary of an AIF);\n(ge) article 51ZE (establishing etc. a collective investment scheme);”.\n(3) In paragraphs 44(1) and (2) and 45 of the Schedule (persons exempt in respect of particular regulated activities – charities and schemes established under the Trustee Investments Act 1961) for “article 51 of the Regulated Activities Order (establishing etc. a collective investment scheme)” substitute “articles 51ZA to 51ZE of the Regulated Activities Order (managing or acting as trustee or depositary of a UCITS or an AIF, or establishing etc. a collective investment scheme)”.",
