Paragraph 2 Children Act 1989 (c.41)

In section 87 (welfare of children in boarding schools and colleges)—

(a)

in subsection (4)(a)^f1 after “independent school” insert “, an alternative provision Academy that is not an independent school”;

(b)

in subsection (11)(a)^f2, after “independent school” insert “or an alternative provision Academy that is not an independent school”;

(c)

in subsection (12), after “independent school” insert “or an alternative provision Academy that is not an independent school”.
