Regulation 106 Amendment of Regulation 767/2009

In Article 21, for paragraph 8, substitute—

“8.

The appropriate authority may derogate from the provisions of this Regulation in respect of of feed intended for animals kept for scientific or experimental purposes on condition that such purpose is clearly indicated on the label.”.
