Regulation 15 Amendment of Regulation 1831/2003

In Article 8—

(a)

in each place in which it occurs (including the heading), for “Authority”, substitute “Food Safety Authority”;

(b)

in paragraph 3(b), for “Community Reference Laboratory”, substitute “reference laboratory”;

(c)

for paragraph 5, substitute—

“5.

The Food Safety Authority must without delay forward its opinion to the appropriate authority including a report describing its assessment of the feed additive and stating the reasons for its conclusion.”.
