In Article 16—

(a)

in paragraph 1—

(i)

for “Community”, substitute “United Kingdom”;

(ii)

for “at least the national language or languages of the Member State in which it is marketed,”, substitute “English or in English and Welsh”;

(b)

for paragraph 6, substitute—

“6.

The appropriate authority may prescribe amendments to Annex 3 to take technological progress and scientific development into account.”.
