  "text": "In Article 18—\n(a) in paragraph 2, for “Commission”, substitute “appropriate authority”;\n(b) for paragraph 4, substitute—\n“4. The Food Safety Authority must, on request, supply the appropriate authority with all information in its possession, including any identified as confidential pursuant to paragraph 2.”;\n(c) omit paragraph 5;\n(d) for paragraph 6, substitute—\n“6. The appropriate authority and the Food Safety Authority must keep confidential all the information identified as confidential under paragraph 2 except where it is appropriate for such information to be made public in order to protect human health, animal health or the environment.”;\n(e) in paragraph 7—\n(i) for “Member States, the Commission and the Authority shall”, substitute “appropriate authority and the Food Safety Authority must”;\n(ii) for “Commission”, substitute “appropriate authority”.",
