For Article 7(3), substitute—

“3.

Detailed arrangements for the implementation of this Article may be prescribed by the appropriate authority. Such arrangements may facilitate certain feed business operators’ implementation of HACCP principles developed in accordance with Chapter 3, with a view to complying with the requirements of Article 6(1).”.
