  "text": "For Article 27, substitute—\n“Amendments of Annexes 1, 2 and 3\nThe appropriate authority may prescribe amendments of Annexes 1, 2 and 3 to take account of—\n(a) the development of codes of good practice;\n(b) the experience gained from the implementation of HACCP-based systems pursuant to Article 6;\n(c) technological developments;\n(d) scientific advice, particularly new risk assessments;\n(e) the setting of feed safety targets; and\n(f) the development of requirements relating to specific operations.”.",
