in Part A, at point 3, for “Community and national legislative provisions”, substitute “retained EU law and any other enactment”;

(b)

in Part B—

(i)

in point 1, omit “national and Community”;

(ii)

in point 2, for “Community and national legislation or in Community and national programmes”, substitute “retained EU law and any other enactment”.
