# The Animal Feed (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 98: Amendment of Regulation 767/2009


For Article 7, substitute—
“Characteristics of types of feed
The appropriate authority may, where necessary, prescribe whether a certain product constitutes feed for the purposes of this Regulation.”.
