# The Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986 Amendment Regulations 2012, Regulation 7: Personal licences


(1) Section 3 (prohibition of unlicensed procedures) is amended as follows.
(2) In the words before paragraph (a) after “shall” insert “personally”.
(3) In paragraph (c) omit “the personal licence and”.
