  "heading": "Amendments to the Electoral Law Act (Northern Ireland) 1962",
  "text": "(1) Schedule 5 to the Electoral Law Act (Northern Ireland) 1962 (local elections rules) is amended as follows.\n(2) In rule 25 (issue of official poll cards)—\n(a) in paragraph (2) omit “and a proxy’s to his address as shown in the list of proxies”; and\n(b) after that paragraph insert—\n“(2A) A proxy’s official poll card shall be sent or delivered to the address which—\n(a) is shown as the proxy’s address in the list of proxies; or\n(b) in the case of a proxy for an elector with an anonymous entry, would be so shown but for paragraph 2(4A) of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Local Elections (Northern Ireland) Order 1985.”.",
