# The Anonymous Registration (Northern Ireland) Order 2014, Article 8: Amendments to the Elected Authorities (Northern Ireland) Act 1989


(1) Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Elected Authorities (Northern Ireland) Act 1989 is amended as follows.
(2) In the entry beginning “Sections 9”, after “9,” insert “9B, 9C,”;
(3) In the entry beginning “Section 53”—
(a) before “3” insert “2B,”;
(b) after “3A,” insert “3B,”.
(4) In the entry beginning “Section 201”, after “the definitions of” insert ““anonymous entry”,”.
