# The Antique Firearms Regulations 2020, Regulation 4: Date of manufacture of a firearm specified under section 58(2D)(b) of the Firearms Act 1968


For the purposes of section 58(2D)(b) of the 1968 Act, the firearm must have been manufactured before 1st September 1939.
