The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5B(8) of the Heritable Securities (Scotland) Act 1894^f1, section 24A(8) of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970^f2 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with section 5B(9) of the Heritable Securities (Scotland) Act 1894 and section 24A(9) of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
