  "long_title": "These Regulations amend the Apprenticeships (Alternative English Completion Conditions) Regulations 2012 (“the Principal Regulations”) which make provision for circumstances where a person has not entered into an apprenticeship agreement but is under alternative working arrangements, by specifying the alternative English completion conditions which will entitle them to receive an apprenticeship certificate. Under regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations, the alternative English completion conditions are met where a person works in certain specified occupations as a self-employed person or otherwise than for reward. The relevant occupations are specified in Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations.",
