The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(5) and 262(3) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009f1.
In accordance with section 262(6) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
