# The Arbitration (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2010, Paragraph 1


In section 8(2) of the Commonwealth Telegraphs Act 1949 (proceedings before referees under that Act), after “Nothing in” insert “any of sections 1 to 15 of and schedule 1 to the Arbitration (Scotland) Act 2010 or”.
