  "text": "Draft Order laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 33(3)(c) of the Arbitration (Scotland) Act 2010, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nArbitration\nMade 2016\nComing into force 1st January 2017\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 33(1) and 36(4) of the Arbitration (Scotland) Act 2010 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 36(4) of that Act, the day specified in Article 2 falls more than 5 years after the day on which section 36 came into force.\nIn accordance with section 36(5) of that Act, the Scottish Ministers have consulted such persons appearing to them to have an interest in the law of arbitration as they think fit.\nIn accordance with section 33(3) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
