  "text": "(1) Part 2 of the Act is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 4 (registration: general) omit subsections (2A) and (7).\n(3) Omit section 4A (registration: European qualifications).\n(4) In section 6 (registration: further procedural requirements)—\n(a) omit subsections (3A) and (3B);\n(b) in subsection (4A), for paragraph (a) substitute—\n“(a) in the case of an application by a person who in making the application relies on section 4(1)(a), within three months beginning with the date on which the application is made;”.\n(5) In section 6A (issuing of certificates of architectural education), in subsection (1)—\n(a) omit paragraph (a);\n(b) omit “does meet those conditions,”.\n(6) Omit section 10 (disqualification in a relevant European State).",
