Paragraph 17 United Nations (International Tribunal) (Rwanda) Order 1996

In article 2(1) of the United Nations (International Tribunal) (Rwanda) Order 1996^f1 (interpretation) for the definition of “service court” is substituted the following definition—““service court” means the Court Martial”.
