Paragraph 19 Jobseeker’s Allowance (Members of the Forces) (Northern Ireland) Regulations 1997

The Jobseeker’s Allowance (Members of the Forces) (Northern Ireland) Regulations 1997^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 4 (entitlement to jobseeker’s allowance) “, cashiered” is omitted, and for “Naval Discipline Act” to “Air Force Act 1955” is substituted “Armed Forces Act 2006”.

In regulation 6 “, cashiered” and “, cashiering” are omitted.
