Paragraph 34 Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Rules 2006

The Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Rules 2006^f1 are amended as follows.

In rule 2(5)(j) (application of rules) for “the Army Act” to the end is substituted “the Armed Forces Act 2006 or the Court Martial Appeals Act 1968”.

In rule 11(6)(e)(ii) (information to be given to prisoners on reception) for “a court-martial” to the end is substituted “the Court Martial, the Court Martial Appeals Act 1968”.
