Paragraph 8 United Kingdom Forces (Jurisdiction of Colonial Courts) Order 1965
In article 2(2) of the United Kingdom (Jurisdiction of Colonial Courts) Order 1965f1 (application and interpretation), in the definition of “service court”, for “Naval Discipline Act” to “those Acts” is substituted “Armed Forces Act 2006”.
