In regulation 2(8)(a) of the Social Security (General Benefit) Regulations 1982, as amended by paragraph 9 of Schedule 1—

(a)

a reference to the Court Martial includes a court-martial constituted under either of the 1955 Acts or the 1957 Act, and

(b)

a reference to the Court Martial Appeal Court includes the Courts-Martial Appeal Court.
