Article 16 Custody after charge
In section 75F(2) of each of the 1955 Acts and section 47G(2) of the 1957 Actf1 (custody after charge)—
(a)
in paragraph (b) insert “or” at the end;
(b)
omit paragraph (d) and the “or” immediately preceding it.
