# The Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) (Consequential Provisions: Primary Legislation) Order 2013, Introduction: Introductory text


Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 10(6) of the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.

Coming into force 8th April 2013
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(2), 10(3) and (4) of the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004.
In accordance with section 10(6) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
