The Secretary of State makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 155, 163 and 373(5) of the Armed Forces Act 2006f1.
In accordance with section 373(3) of that Actf2, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
