# The Armed Forces (Court Martial) (Amendment) Rules 2024, Rule 5: Amendment of rule 20 (deliberation in private)


In rule 20(2) (deliberation in private), after sub-paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa) review of sentence under section 304D or 304E,”.
