Article 130 Interpretation of Part 17

In this Part—

• “the relevant facts”, “the original sentence”, “the relevant period”, “the new offence”, “summons”, “warrant” and “relevant order” have the meanings given by—

  1. (a)

     rule 131(2), where rule 131 applies;

  2. (b)

     rule 132(2), where rule 132 applies;

  3. (c)

     rule 133(2), where rule 133 applies;

• “the offender” means the person convicted of the new offence.
