  "text": "(1) In rule 32(6), the reference to any previous proceedings includes proceedings under any of the SDAs.\n(2) In rule 32(10), the reference to a person who at any time was not subject to service law applies only in relation to a time after commencement.\n(3) In relation to a person who at any time before commencement was not subject to military law, air-force law or NDA 1957, references in rule 32 to a unit in which the person was at that time serving are to be read as references to a unit to which he was at that time attached.",
