  "text": "(1) In relation to a person entered for service in the Royal Navy before commencement, regulation 9 is modified as follows.\n(2) Paragraph (2) has effect as if in sub-paragraph (b) for “whether or not his consent was required under regulation 5” there were substituted “whether or not his consent was required under section 9(1) of the 1966 Act”.\n(3) Paragraph (5) applies where a claim has been made under section 10(1)(a) of the 1966 Act.",
