  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 24 of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nPublic Service Pensions\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Secretary of State for Defence makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1) and (2)(h), 2(1) and 3(1), (2), (3)(a) and (4) of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013.\nIn accordance with section 21 of that Act, the Secretary of State for Defence has consulted the representatives of such persons as appear to the Secretary of State likely to be affected by these Regulations.\nIn accordance with section 3(5) of that Act, these Regulations are made with the consent of the Treasury.\nPursuant to section 24(1) and (3) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.",
