  "text": "In these Regulations—\n“the 1993 Act” means the Pension Schemes Act 1993;\n“the 2013 Act” means the Public Service Pensions Act 2013;\n“the new scheme” means the scheme established by regulation 2 of the Armed Forces Pension Regulations 2014; and\n“old scheme” means an existing scheme listed in paragraphs 24 to 29 of Schedule 5 to the 2013 Act.",
