  "text": "(1) The parish of Annesley is divided into two parish wards named respectively—\n(a) Annesley;\n(b) Toll Bar.\n(2) Each parish ward comprises the area designated on the map by reference to the name of the parish ward.\n(3) Ten councillors are to be elected for Annesley parish ward.\n(4) Two councillors are to be elected for Toll Bar parish ward.\n(5) One councillor is to be elected for Felley parish.",
