# Asylum (Designated States) Order 2003, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Asylum (Designated States) Order 2003.
(2) In this Order, “the 2002 Act” means the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002.
