  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nPart 2 of Schedule 3 to the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004 lists those countries which are to be treated as safe for the purpose of determining whether a third country national, who has made an asylum or human rights claim in the United Kingdom, may be removed to one of them. The list includes all Member States of the European Union and States in the European Economic Area (EEA).\nThis Order adds Switzerland to the list.",
