  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Asylum Seekers (Reception Conditions) Regulations 2005 (S.I. 2005/7) by omitting regulation 5, which relates to the provision of accommodation and support to asylum seekers and their families. The Asylum Seekers (Reception Conditions) Regulations 2005 are secondary assimilated law within the meaning of section 12(2) of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (c. 28).\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen.",
