  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 166(4) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nIMMIGRATION\nMade 2002\nComing into force 8th April 2002\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament;\nNow, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 96(5) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:",
