# The Audiovisual Media Services (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Broadcasting Act 1996


In section 105(1) of the Broadcasting Act 1996 (interpretation of Part 4), in the definition of “the Audiovisual Media Services Directive”, at the end insert “as it has effect in EU law from time to time”.
