# The Audiovisual Media Services (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Regulation 6: Amendment of the 2003 Act


In section 368BZA (maintenance of list of providers)—
(a) omit subsection (2);
(b) for subsection (3) substitute—
“(3) OFCOM must publish the up to date list on a publicly accessible part of their website.”.
