  "text": "(1) Article 8 is amended as follows.\n(2) Omit paragraph 1.\n(3) In paragraph 2—\n(a) in the first subparagraph, for “A Member State” substitute “The CAA”;\n(b) omit the subparagraphs following the first subparagraph.\n(4) Omit paragraph 3.\n(5) In paragraph 4—\n(a) for the words from the start to “Member State” substitute “The Secretary of State”;\n(b) omit the words from “until Community rules” to the end.",
