  "text": "(1) Article 41 (ATM/ANS providers) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraphs 2, 3 and 4, for “the implementing acts referred to in” substitute “regulations made under”.\n(3) In paragraph 5—\n(a) for “the implementing acts referred to in” substitute “regulations made under”;\n(b) for “Member States” substitute “the CAA”;\n(c) omit the last sentence.\n(4) In paragraph 6—\n(a) in the first subparagraph—\n(i) in the first place it occurs, for “Member States” substitute “the CAA”;\n(ii) in point (a), for “Member States are” substitute “the United Kingdom is”;\n(iii) in point (b), for “Member State granting the exemption” substitute “United Kingdom”;\n(iv) in point (d), for “Member State concerned” substitute “CAA”;\n(b) omit the second, third and fourth subparagraphs.",
