# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 130: Amendment of Article 54 of Regulation (EU) No 2018/1139


In Article 54 (delegated powers), for the words from “the Commission” to “Article 128,” substitute “the Secretary of State may make regulations”.
