# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 131: Amendment of Article 55 of Regulation (EU) No 2018/1139


In Article 55 (essential requirements for unmanned aircraft)—
(a) for “the delegated acts referred to in” substitute “regulations made under”;
(b) for “the implementing acts referred to in” substitute “regulations made under”.
