# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 134: Amendment of Article 58 of Regulation (EU) No 2018/1139


(1) Article 58 (delegated powers) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, for the words from “the Commission” to “Article 128,” substitute “the Secretary of State may make regulations”.
(3) In paragraph 2, for the words from “the Commission” to “Article 128,” substitute “the Secretary of State may make regulations”.
