# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 160: Amendment of Article 91 of Regulation (EU) No 2018/1139


(1) Article 91 (aviation crisis management) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
(3) Omit paragraph 2.
